Logo Kavarna: Klepet s predsednico ESLE

Članice Odbora za mednarodno sodelovanje DlogS vas vabimo na majsko Logo Kavarno, ki bo potekala v sredo, 24. 5. 2023, ob 14:00. Gostili bomo predsednico Evropskega združenja logopedov (ESLA) – go. Normo Camilleri.

ESLA promovira logopedski poklic in njegov ugled na celotnem področju Evrope in tudi po svetu. Povezuje se z RCSLT, ASHA, IALP in drugimi združenji pomembnimi za našo stroko. Prav tako tesno sodeluje z Evropsko komisijo, predvsem z namenom izboljšanja statusa in izobraževanja logopedov po celotni Evropi.

Verjetno nekateri bolj poznate združenje pod imenom CPLOL. Pred tremi leti se je t.i. CPLOL uspešno preimenoval v ESLA, ter tudi zamenjal sedež združenja, ki je sedaj v Bruslju.

Predsednica ga. Norma Camilleri, sicer logopedinja iz Malte, nam bo povedala več o izzivih, s katerimi se sooča kot predsednica ESLE, kakšni so cilji ESLE v prihodnje ter kaj nam, kot članom DlogS, članstvo v ESLI pomeni.

V Logo Kavarno lahko vstopite preko spletne aplikacije Zoom. Predhodne prijave zbiramo preko spletnega obrazca najkasneje do torka, 23. 5. 2023, oz. do zapolnitve mest. Prijavljeni boste povezavo do spletnega mesta Logo Kavarne prejeli na dan dogodka. Vstop v kavarno je za aktivne člane DlogS brezplačen, za nečlane je predviden simbolični prispevek v višini 21,00 eur.

The Committee for International Cooperation of the Slovenian association of SLTs (DlogS), invites you to the DlogS monthly event – SpeechyCoffee (slo. LogoKavarna). In the month of May, we will host the president of the European Speech and Language Therapy Association (ESLA) – Mrs. Norma Camilleri.

ESLA promotes and protects our profession and its reputation throughout Europe and the world. It affiliates itself with RCSLT, ASHA, IALP and other associations relevant to our profession. It also works closely with the European Commission, mainly with the aim of improving the status and education of speech and language therapists throughout Europe.

Some of you might probably be more familiar with the association under the name CPLOL. Three years ago, the so-called CPLOL successfully renamed to ESLA, and also changed the headquarters of the association, which is now in Brussels.

The president, Mrs. Norma Camilleri, otherwise a speech and language therapist from Malta, will tell us more about the challenges she faces as the president of ESLA, what ESLA’s goals are in the future and what an ESLA membership means for individual SLTs.

Free entry for registered members of ESLA societies. Non-members, non-SLPs pay the entry fee of 21,00 eur.
