Dearest Colleagues in Slovenia,
I am reaching out to share information with speech-language pathologists across Europe about an upcoming workshop I am hosting. On September 18 and 19, I will be presenting a Stuttering Workshop on Avoidance Reduction Therapy for children and adults in Vienna.
Given our geographic proximity in Central Europe, I wanted to extend this invitation to my colleagues in wonderful Slovenia. The workshop focuses on evidence-based strategies designed to help clients reduce communication anxiety by approaching rather than avoiding, as well as minimizing secondary behaviors, and achieving spontaneous speech while finding joy in communication, rather than focusing on fluency.
