TELEPRACTICE WITH LATE TALKERS: A SURVEY FOR SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGISTS

18 Feb 2021

Dear Speech-Language Pathologist,

We are a team of speech-language pathologists and researchers from The University of Sydney. We are conducting survey research to investigate the experiences of the paediatric speech-language pathologists who provide telepractice with late talkers and their families around the world.
If you are an English-speaking speech-language pathologist who is currently providing telepractice with this population, we invite you to complete the survey via the following link:

https://sydney.au1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_d6xqMEowneQB2QJ

This survey is anonymous, and the questions do not ask you to identify either yourself or your workplace. This survey should take approximately 20 minutes to complete. You can complete the survey in more than one sitting, as long as you use the same computer and the same web browser. This survey is written in English, with answers needing to be written in English.

The information gathered from this survey will contribute to our understanding of current assessment and treatment practices delivered using this modality, as well as barriers and facilitators to successful telepractice with children who are late to talk to inform our service delivery for this population.

Ethics Approval number: 2020/703
Closing Date: April 6, 2021
